I feel that I can give you some advice since I have been in the same position and have also done much research.
She has seen someone else or is contemplating on doing so and has already taken steps in that direction. I guarantee you that because of the way she is acting. You cannot fix this, and proposing now will be a costly mistake. Her interest level in you is very low right now and you can not recover from this, maybe only temporarily (so cheap, momentary tricks won't work).
From my "research", relationships (without marriage or children) run a (roughly) 7 year cycle, this is by design so that humans can maximize the variety and survivability of their genetic line.
Also, women are designed to bed multiple partners for this exact same reason. If you have not impregnated her, she will get it done by someone else (she cannot control this genetic drive to do so).
There are lot's of chemicals at play here and lot's of evolutionary programming but unfortunately you have had your turn with this female and it's time to move on and let her move on too. This relationship has run it's course.
