Multiple websites in one adwords account

Im wondering is it against rules to advertise a landing page with a different URL for the same business.

I dont want to run them at the same time but can i bid on "widgets" for my widgets dot com
then the next day can i bid on "widgets" with my widgetsinnewjersey dot com?

Also how does everyone test different businesses with adwords, can you put multiple websites in targeting different things? Do you just put your main LLC on the footers for all of the businesses you test, are you accepting payment for one business under your main llc?
