So I have random bursts of motivation and then struggle to maintain habits that will help me reach my goals. I would get distracted and spend nearly all my time and energy on my phone socialising. So I googled motivation tips and one article suggested joining a forum so here I am lmao.
So my goals for this month are:
- Mantain a duolingo streak and reach the daily goal and finish #1 on the diamond league
- Edit my book every Tuesday and Thursday
- Get better at skateboarding
- Revise after school every day
- Do yoga and meditation every day
- Read more books
