Basically, the article talks about the real estate market in Toronto and how homes are skyrocketing to the point of insanity while 'property virgins' are trying desperately to get their own homes.

Banks are offering 40-year amortized mortgages for no money down as homes in the GTA are blazing upwards. Houses are selling for $100k over asking price due to bidding wars from first-time homebuyers. Not only this, but the article has quotes from RE market analysts (read: idiots) who say that there's no indication that what happened in 2008 in the States will happen anytime soon.
