One is Uber getting sued with a class action lawsuit because they are using sophisticated software to manipulate rider fares and driver pay

Uber said to use “sophisticated” software to defraud drivers, passengers

And the other is over 8,000 uber drivers failing a state background check in MA

More than 1,500 drivers were rejected for a violent crime charge. Other reasons for denial included various driving offenses, felony convictions, and sex, abuse and exploitation. The state also identified 51 sex offenders.
