I noticed members asking about what options exist to them that produce a decent rate of return with lower risk. I know I mentioned MLP's somewhere before and instead of explaining it all in a long drawn out post, I found a good article explaining what they are about. I found it interesting because they mention Kinder Morgan (KMP), which was one of the first companies I bought when I was in charge of an Investment group years ago. I remember always getting a good return from them and thinking "we need more of these", but back then there weren't as many good options as there are now.
