How can I make the right column bigger and put the word "Interactive" in there, with paint? I am very clumsy with PCs.

And if that interactive is in the wrong place, the wrong color, the wrong font, in paint you can color over it (using a brush with a colorpicked color) and then retype or replace the text

well the shadow is going to become messed up but I think you can shade it back in changing colors a few times once you move everything around.

I would Cut out the block, open a new paint and paste the cut out part, then expand the size in paints options then cut it again and paste back over the original, but while expanding it make add some extra space to put the new word in.

As far as shading use the eye dropper to match up colors, i don't know what you're trying to do but you might consider downloading a portable version of photoshop, just google for it.
