Yes actually, how he chooses his market which indicates he turns his focus towards others and not himself. How he identifies problems in the marketplace. As we all know, having a business plan gets invalidated once you hit the marketplace. You then, in turn, have to pivot your product or business idea.

Then how he says it will take 7 years and focused on one business.

It was getprodigy.com according to their LinkedIn page, but now it redirect to upstart.com since the acquisition.

I listed him because I believe he's got some really good points on how to create a business, the video above especially, though he's huge on Software. eCommerce is another good route.

How you will create your product/service depends on the open road you have found. The business system will then drive traffic to the product or service.

So in this case he found an opportunity to help sell cars online during C0VlD-19.

However, after thinking about this. I am not ready for this stage yet or for the Fastlane businesses. I have to go through the Freelancing stage. I will need cash to start any of these. So I am going back to Fox Web School days.

However, I am excited to get started.

I love Archive.org. It's a steal to see and review past websites. He mentions that he stole this idea from a Startup that was trying to sell Cars to consumers so B2C, but instead, he took the approach to selling the software to dealerships who perform the selling already.

He shows the article he found and how much VC that company had acquired. He practically tells you in the video that he stole the idea, and just improved upon it.

Good question. I'll write it down. I know I have sent him a video a few days ago, but I have been pretty busy with my new contract. I'll have to go back and review.

Keep the questions coming. I'll reach out to him soon.

I also want to give back to him somehow so were I am not just wasting his time. After reading the message above. It's got to be worth his time. Since he's been doing it for several years as he stated above. So, let's not just take without giving.

The best thing we can all do is give for him is to subscribe to his YouTube channel and help him grow.
