After being part of this community for years, I finally founded a food company with a business partner, and we feel confident it will be great (like all the people that start a company of course!) AND.....I have a favour to ask of the entrepreneurs here.
Despite having some experience in running a business (I’ve been a GM for a successful company since 2017, and I had a few small businesses in Italy before moving to Canada in 2014), I feel (and I know) I’m missing some knowledge about how to properly run a business to scale. I’m talking about key metrics to monitor, strategies to implement, and the economical steps to properly grow my business
I tried to look for a mentor, but the successful people I would love to approach are too busy to dedicate time to me with great advices
This forum is helping A LOT. I would love just hear from your experience what helped you most.
Do you have any suggestions to help me fill this gap? Maybe great books (besides the ones from MJ, of course), online business classes, or anything that helped you improve yourself?
