Medical student wanting to start a side hustle online. Any advice on how to code a metasearch?

Hey all. I am a fourth-year med student and my internships are beginning. Because of this, I don't have time to run a business around the clock. Therefore, I am looking to build a website. My question is, does anyone know someone who has coded a metasearch or a search engine? I need some help with building a website as well and some pointers because I feel lost. I've tried Nginx, but the server does not work.

I short, I have a domain name and it's hosted on a server, but the website is not there. If anyone has any tips, they are welcome. Also, tips for niche ideas in the medical field are also welcome!

I started my discovery of the fastlane universe when I was a resident too!
My advice would be to start, not with a type of business idea (ie a website), but with a problem to solve.
Can you think of pain or problems in the medical field ?
