I'm writing the Marketing section of my business plan.

I'll try and be brief.

I work at a Strip Club. Getting girls is always an problem for clubs. Sometimes they need girls last minute(same day).
Currently, they use Agents who are slow to respond and expensive( I know the average cost). Also, girls will at times, just walk in and inquire.

Why not have a site, members only, where clubs can join(for a fee), look at girls, and contact them asking if they want to work at their club ?

If I get the girls, the Clubs will come. I can direct sell to the clubs also.

Getting the girls is the key I think. ( 18-25, single, with or without kids, low to lower/middle income, high school education)
I can offer them free advice, links for local tanning, clothes, legal referrals (they're always in trouble), articles to help them make more money, info on getting their dance cards, banks that will loan to them for autos, and more..basically more than an Agent can offer....for free.

I'm just now, thanks to Eskil, learning about online advertising to drive my market to me.
I originally thought advertising in dance clubs...ad in the women's bathroom with a QR code attached (ALL the girls have smart phones). Then maybe radio(expensive). Problem with that is, in order for this to be Fastlane, I can't be posting ads in all the nightclubs in the U.S. and keeping track of them. This has to be more automated and separate from my time.

And currently, I've found two sites doing this. One in the UK. The other in the U.S. but it's a very small, and not so good part of their huge site.

Any suggestions, criticisms are appreciated. The purpose of the business plan is to decide if this really is Fastlane.
