I'm writing something and am trying to make a reference to the guy that invented the Razor Scooter. I saw this guy on The Big Idea with Donny Deutch (sp?). He also just recently invented a thing that looks like a skateboard, but it only has two inline wheels called "The RipStik". Donny almost busted his a$$ trying to ride it.
Basically I need to know the guys name. When I do a google search, it say the Razor Scooter is said to be invented by the J.D Corporation in Tawain. I would swear up and down this guy was on the show because he said he invented it.
All I remember was he was an attorney, and then he go into scooters and now is marketing that two wheeled skateboard looking thing. He was on the same show as the girl who invented the "Drip Stik". It's for kids so frozen treats dont drip everywhere. One side holds a popsicle stick, the flip side holds and ice cream cone.
Anyways, any "Big Idea" watchers or scooter people know this guys name or what I'm talking about?
I thought this would be easy to find out. It's not.

Carlton Calvin is the guys name. Turns out he's not the inventor as I thought. Just the first U.S. distributor. He also made some good money in Pogs and "finger boards" which I remember being hot some years back. Smart dude I say.
