Looking for an engineering firm to assist with working prototype

That is right "I have an idea, but don't know how!", but I am damn sure going to figure it out.

I am looking to find an engineering firm that will help me make a working, demonstrable and patent-able prototype. Money is not an issue on this investment because me and my partner have already secured, in writing, extremely large sales.

To me this looks like a new combination of already existing technology (which is already pretty cheap), a cost reduction through large orders and Chinese outsourcing and a reapplication to this purpose.

Anyone know of a solid choice? Thanks guys!
