Leaving page when posting reaction to somebody?

Sometimes when I try to answer to somebody with quote and press 'quick response' a pop up comes to ask me if I really want to leave this page. When I do, a page appears that tells me I am being refused or something.

Maybe something to look into. It happens once in a while. Not all the time.

I am signed in and I am trying to respond to "why does everybody wants to get there so fast". So no weird thread I am not supposed to be in.

weird. for me just clicking on "quote this" opens an inline quick reply form. no need to press the quick reply button. which browser?

it does for me too theaag. But when I then click to post (i think it's called quick reply) I get the 'leaving page' thing I just mentioned.

test with chrome

edit: no issues here. but I sometimes get this problem on other sites and a reload helps.

Thanks for the response. But, I am not really sure why I should test with any other browser then Chrome. I sometimes have this problem, i have the latest update from Chrome so it's an issue of this site. It does not bother me. I managed to respond without a quote. I just mention it so the people behind this site can see if there is a problem.

Rebooted the PC a couple of times. Still can't make a thread.

New problem:

Whenever I try to post a blog by pressing 'post now' I get this page:

....

Update: Indeed, the blog has a max of words.
