I just looked at the interest rates on my Business Opportunity Lines of Credit.

One is down to 2.25%, the other is 3.5%.

I bought my newest 4-unit on the 2.25% line.

My monthly payment on this is $102.18 (interest only).

Rents are $1,650/month.

Utilities are separate.

Can you say "Cash Flow"?
