When you have worked on your project for 1-2-3 hours, stay focused on your goal no matter what. The best ones are to read a book or watch a useful educational video, maybe even a motivational one, but in no case go on social networks and engage in completely aimless activities that are completely opposite to what you just did. Especially dangerous to watch reels or yt shorts. Believe me, you will simply forget about your goal in 10 minutes. You won't get better and you'll feel bad. I understood such a simple truth, and now I feel great. How important is focus and attention. Very funny, a lot of people don't realize this, including me a month ago.
