Hello guys, now I am not a rich man yet. But I am 18 and want to make a goal to do at least do a joint venture in commercial real estate and be an angel investor and help start up one business.
Now I am not in the position to do this right now. But I plan to do this in the near future. I want to be an investor, and I would like to get my feet wet on how business likes this works.
Is their any recommendations any can give me? I know their is a risk involved in many business decisions. Can an investor be sued if a deals go wrong when doing a joint venture?
