This is highly speculative. I'm assuming Nerayoff wants to create FOMO on ETH, which doesn't mean he is wrong. As we've seen with cryptos, NOBODY knows the outcome, it is very random.
Also, I don't see how the increased number of projects on the platform is correlated to the ETH price valuation. 2017 has been huge for Ethereum in terms of ICOs, and yet ETH price keeps following the trends that the market imposes.
Remember, just a few months ago Ethereum co-founder Vitalik said that "too many ICOs are hindering blockchain development" and "90% of ICOs will fail".
