This man has created a wold of his imagination. Isn't that what being unscripted is about. Simply imagining what you want out of life then creating it? Although if i can remember he has had a difficult time running the factory and was retiring candy making but he was looking for a successor much like a liquidation event.
My personal favorite is The Matrix metaphor when you break out of fake perception into the real reality. But Willy Wonka is extremely creative and sees endless opportunities and also ran a highly successful factory.
Is there anything further to learn from this than to let your imagination of what could be run wild and created into something tangible in the real world?
