My website has been around for about a year and a half and doesn't have a lot of traffic. In the past 90 days I've had about 600 users.
The site brings value to the users in the form of information for a niche service-provider.
The business concept is that service providers can claim their business page for free and get an upgraded business page and priority placement for a subscription fee. I've only made $850 so far, but I have spent more time tinkering on the website than I have marketing and selling the service.
Users will receive more value if I adopt the same approach @MJ DeMarco did: pay-per-call.
I'm brainstorming what the best way to sign people up for a pay-per-call service is.
I want to start signing service-providers up immediately, but my website is still in the subscription model. I know what I want the pay-per-call model to look like, but I don't want to spend months working on this update only to launch without any service-providers signed up with the new pay-per-call program.
Is that a ME-BIAS?
My goal is to get at least 25 Operators signed up on the idea of pay-per-call... meaning I need them to agree to give me their credit card information so that I can start billing them for the phone calls they get as soon as I launch.
Any tips would be helpful.
