Hello everyone !
I’m thrilled to have found your site, and I’m incredibly grateful that I decided to read *Unscripted*. It has become my "bible" and compass, guiding me through life. I believe that joining this forum is the next great step I need to take.
My name is Patryk Klatt. I’m 32 years old and from the beautiful and peaceful region of Małopolska in Poland. Since my youth, I’ve been striving to succeed as an entrepreneur, experiencing various ups and downs along the way. Over time, I’ve learned from my mistakes, especially when it comes to chasing money instead of creating real value.
I’m the owner of a company that specializes in the service and construction of industrial and specialized machinery within the Industry 4.0 sector. We provide on-site services to our clients, working with my team to build their production lines and help them achieve their goals by filling in gaps in their workforce.
My dream is to help the people who work for me gain extensive knowledge in Industry 4.0, further their skills, work on interesting projects, and, of course, achieve financial stability.
I’ve been running this business for two years, but I’ve noticed that I have some challenges with maintaining control. I’ve become too reliant on a single client, which has recently had a significant impact on my business due to temporary fluctuations in the automotive industry. I lost a large portion of my orders, and many employees had to leave as a result.
I feel that my value propositions are not yet well-defined or presented clearly enough to attract new clients, and I’m struggling with that, which is why I’m considering joining this forum.
I’ve spent too much time focusing on finding valuable employees and ensuring their well-being, rather than seeking new clients and offering them solutions through my company.
I’m ready for changes and restructuring certain aspects of my business so that I can operate effectively on all five pillars of business.
There’s also the issue that my business is heavily dependent on people, which makes me wonder if it’s the right approach. Personally, I believe that moving towards production might be a better option, as I have the necessary resources, but I’m still searching for a problem that I can solve.
Thank you for allowing me to join such a wonderful community!
Best regards,
Patryk Klatt
