Benim adım [BayChisell], Türkiye'den arıyorum.

Arka Plan: Ben 23 yaşında, mavi yakalı bir işçiyim. Şu anda bir fabrikada makine operatörü olarak, yorucu 3 vardiya sisteminde çalışıyorum. Küresel ekonomiyi takip edenler bilir ki, enflasyon ve satın alma gücü paritesi nedeniyle şu anda Türkiye'de yaşamak "Zor Mod"da oynamak gibidir.

Mücadele: Yavaş ilerlemeyi kabul etmiyorum. Toplamda 5 yıldır çalışıyorum. Üç yıl önce, birikimlerimi bir işe yatırdım ama doğru bir süreç olmadığı için başarısız oldu. Borçlarımı ödemek için fabrikaya geri dönmek zorunda kaldım, ama inşa etmeyi bırakmadım.

Mevcut Durum: Vardiyalı çalışırken küçük bir yazılım ekibini yönetiyorum. Şu anda yaptığımız işler şunlardır:

  • Hizmet Çalışması: Web tasarımı ve otomasyonu (N8N).
  • Güvenlik: Sistem güvenlik açığı kontrolleri.
  • SaaS: Niş bir mesajlaşma otomasyon aracı işletiyorum.
Burada Olma Nedenim: Zamanımı paraya çevirme tuzağına (hizmet sektörü) düşmüş durumdayım ve kalan zamanımı fabrika işine harcıyorum. Ölçeklenebilir olmayan hizmet sektöründen ölçeklenebilir ürün sistemlerine (CENTS) etkili bir şekilde nasıl geçiş yapacağımı öğrenmek ve bunu gerçekten başarmış üreticilerle bir araya gelmek için bu foruma katıldım.
