No worries bensonj, thank you for providing another update on how your business is going. I imagine it must get pretty tricky when things start to scale and the decisions you make have a greater impact. This has been something that has held me back in the past and it is interesting to see how you were able to pull back and change direction as needed. It takes a lot of self confidence and awareness to be able to follow your gut instincts.
@csalvato regarding the negativity in the forum, from a newbie's perspective, it seems that's just how things are around here! To me, it comes across as a tough love thing, almost like people here are helping each other build the armor/thick skin that one sometimes needs to succeed in business. I participated in the thread you linked and am going to read back over it and rethink my comments as I don't want to be bringing negativity to the best forum on the internet.
