I just finished reading The Millionaire Fastlane . I read 6 books in the last month or so, and plan to keep a decent pace reading as many books as I can. I feel so grateful to have chosen The Millionaire Fastlane this early in my reading marathon! I skimmed through a couple books I planned on reading next, and they are complete SLOWLANE garbage! This book saved me countless hours and probably thousands of dollars already. Now I won't blindly follow the advice laid out in so many of these dead end entrepreneur books. Thank you MJ!
BTW, My name is Greens. I'm from Chicago. I grew up renting VHS tapes and watching Samurai Sunday, so that should give you a possible hint of my age haha. I still collect vinyl. I've had plenty of time to get my stuff together, but always seemed to have major headwind. I've reached a place in my life where I've let go of so much that could hold me back, including my career and 99% of the people that were in my life. I'm now in a great spot mentally, and I feel this book really aligned with me and put me on track. I'm on the hunt for some major pain points. I've sacrificed countless hours building a wide range of skills. I'm learning about patents and licensing now, it seems like a good place to build my fastlane. "Ideas are nothing more than chemical reactions in your brain".
I believe we are natural creators. We created consciousness and must be creative in order to maintain sanity.
Something cool that stood out in The Millionaire Fastlane : I really love the concept of looking like a big company, but acting like a small company.
I'm not going to do that here. I'm not wealthy yet, and I promise not to try and be or look like something other than myself.
I believe honesty and effort work hand in hand. Two of the most important words in existence.
I look forward to lurking and meeting some cool people while hopefully adding some value in some way.
