Danny Westneat | Recession's untold story | Seattle Times Newspaper

I've mentioned several times there are a lot of people available to work in positions they're overqualified to perform.

Recently posted a craigslist ad seeking a store manager (typically earns $70-90k) and the salary requirements that are accomodating the resumes are in the 30-50k range.

The job market is very competitive right now and getting good people at moderate pay scale is key to success.
