And that's the ability to self-educate. Do you really need to be in a structured setting or be taught by someone else to learn new things? Do you refuse to read books? If the answer is yes I don't think you will go far.

Where to start? Your local library. Just walk through the aisle, I guarantee something will intrigue you / catch your eye. With the wealth of knowledge available there, it's would be a shame if it were to go ignored / unread.
