Ideas vs. Action

I have heard some complain that they need an idea for a business. I found this list of 999 business ideas that I hope will reinforce the notion that a good idea really isn't worth that much - it is the action

Action is more important then idea from my experience. It's better to start off with even an average idea and improve it along the way, then wait until the perfect idea drops on your lap and then start (which wont happen cuz those who spend a lot of time thinking tend to have problems with taking action..and that is personal experience..)

Ideas are cheap, the majority of people don't do anything with them.

agreed. i believe its all about the execution of the idea and how all the components are implemented to make that average idea a great idea.
