I have come with an Idea to develop a site which I have given a name Serene. It is going to help tourist book breakfast, lunch and supper, even accommodation and transport this sides of Kabale, Uganda where I currently work as a security guard. I have seen an opportunity due to a large number of tourist and hotel, restaurants and many tourist destination this side.

I need to be advise this way;
1. What features would make Serene appealing?
2. What gaps exist in the current market that Serene could fill?
3. How can Serene differentiate itself from competitors?
4. What partnerships are essential for initial success?
