I've worked 60 hour weeks

I've lost over 50 lbs before

I bench over 300 lbs

I was once shy, now I'm somewhat of a social butterfly

the point is, I'm far from unmotivated

But what im trying to do now is just a little more than I can chew to be 100% honest...

I need help

so if anyone's cool with putting a metaphorical foot up my a$$ if I don't stay on task I would appreciate it..
