Some months ago I wanted to buy some knaaawledge, and I found this book in Amazon with reviews that were somehow unbelievable, so I kept it in my wishlist...
But a week ago, tired of almost all the forums I used to visit, I was searching for some info about social media when this one appeared on the first results.
After reading a couple of posts full of quality, I said "What the F*ck, this community is entirely built around that book!", so I just ordered and joined the forum.
BTW, I've just started to read it and it looks pretty F*cking good.
But this doesn't end here
Lately, I noticed some changes in myself, although it's true that now I have the things so much clearer than a couple of months back, something didn't fit, and that was the fact that trying to achieve my goals, in terms of online projects, I left out the little sources of income that I had.
In a couple of days I'll be 20yo, that sources of income were kinda black hat, and they didn't made me so much, but there was one that I thought it could give enough value, and that was graphic design, so thanks to @SinisterLex posts and videos, I've just joined Upwork and right now, after sending 5 proposals, 2 were answered, and I've been hired to one! (Hey, for those pessimists, I didn't even build the portolio, just a quick made profile and the english test).
What I want to get out of all this, is that before this, I did not feel the value of time, a month ago I was procastinating too much, my family was stronger than ever to make me find a job, and in a very short time, I've found the path that I want to take, plus Upwork to replace those distractions and get paid for something I enjoy doing.
I don't have so much more to say than thank you, every day I think I'm heading to the right place.
I hope to eventually contribute as much as I can to the quality of the forum, have a nice day!
