Yesterday I was thinking about my team which has some weaknesses. Over the years, some have been added and some have been subtracted. For me the best thing line I can ever hear is "I do not know, but I will get back to you"
I hate the know it alls. They always give an answer regardless of its accuracy. I have had RE agents, accountants, and attorneys give the I do not know answer, and I value them for it. When they give that answer, odds are the resulting answer will be more accurate.
For those who are in the expert business, remember you do not always need to give an answer immediately. A wrong answer now is never better than a right answer later.
