I've started an online business based on course creation (mainly Udemy).

The problem is that in the near future, I'm wondering how I would exit? How to transfer my company to the new owner (logins, paypal...)?

It seems easy on the outside but technically I'm not sure how it would work.

->> Has anyone here been confronted to this issue? If so, how did you proceed?
