From the last few weeks i am reading books but i can only remember very few things from every chapter. Is there any way i can remember many things for a very long time.

Pay close attention to the things you do.

It's easy when you're not stressed. It's easy when you're not anxious and juggling to keep fear at bay.

Breathe and practice staying with the thing you're doing mindfully. Do the thing, slowly at first if you will, and pay close attention.
