I'm already working with an outsourcer right now based in India, it's been good so far. Been working with him for almost 4 months now and my site is about to launch first week of August. Since this is my first time, i just hired through odesk and told him what site I wanted which is ok with me because this is just like an experiment project.. But I have another website Idea that I'm very hesitant to discuss with someone I will never even meet in my lifetime..Any steps we can take as an entrepreneur to make sure the idea doesn't get stolen aside from letting him sign an NDA? Will appreciate your advice. thanks
