As some of you may know, I am wanting to pursue a protein drink that is sparkling - I have seen a brand called Drink Fizzique and they claim to have patented their drink. So naturally I've got some questions! see images below:
Now my drink is not sparkling protein water rather it is sparkling protein juice and is coloured unlike theirs which is clear and has a few other value skews. Now my question is how could their patent affect me or how can I find out what it does affect?
