AZDEVIL, thanks for posting that. That blog post is dead on. It has taken me so long to realize the fact that trying to introduce new ideas is the wrong way to start a business. While there are some visionaries that can pull it off (and usually those people have a lot of help and financial backing), most entrepreneurs should set out to improve some part of an industry, rather than trying to create their own industry.
