How (Should I) can I set up a contract between a business and me in a Lead Generation Model?

Hello all,

I am in the process of building a lead generation site for agencies in a niche in the travel industry. I am absolutely new to this area. The agencies will be distributed geographically around the country. I was wondering how to keep track of the leads and how to make sure a company that I bring business to pays me? Should I sign a legally binding contract with each company?

Roughly the process is, a person signed up on my site searches for a service and fills a form with his details. I would then send the details to the company. But how do i ensure the company pays me?

I realize this is probably a rather noob question, but I'd appreciate any input.

Thank you.
