Hello,

I've been working on this idea and now it's time to find a developer. My question though is, how much should I pay him? I'm not that big on cash, I feel like giving equity away would not be ideal. Should I try the people with a lower wage proposal at the beginning and if the idea turns profitable adjust the wage accordingly?

What have your experiences been?
