My Adventure With Self-Improvement
I know people probably wont care, but I just want to share how far I've come.
It all started on January 23, I was chilling at home, playing videos games with my friends, and I died so I went onto youtube, and I saw a youtube channel that maybe a few of you guys could recall: Hamza, I watched his video and it gave me motivation, at the time, I had about 23% bf, didn't work out, I played video games about 40 hours a week, didn't read or anything.
I started watching more of hamzas videos and then I decided to take action on February 13th, I started working out, I quit video games and started reading. Since then, Ive felt a-lot happier, I see my grades improving, my self image and such, Im now around 18-19% bf, packing on muscle, starting up my own business, and my screen time went from 6-8 hours a day down to 45 minutes and Im learning how to code a website. I don’t have any social media except for this, which I post on not very often.
My friends are getting jealous of me, they say that I’m just lucky; they still play video games, don't work out and don't read. I’m trying to get them on this, 2 want to join.
The takeaway of this is, you can do anything, the only thing stopping you are your thoughts, and don’t worry to go alone. I always ask myself, “Where would I have been if I didn't take action?”. Anyways I need to do something, so everyone have a good day.
