How I network with people outside of my country?

I have a rather concise question that I have been pondering for a while now. I plan to purchase my first multi-family rental complex outside of my country, meaning that I need a property manager. How do I properly network with, screen and hire one if I'm investing in another country?

Look for companies who specialize in these services and have good track record.

In my country (Singapore) a lot investors invest in rental real estate in UK and Australia.

They provide monthly on site surveys and photos to show buildings are taken care of and are in good condition.
