How do you track customer information?

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask how you keep track of your customer base. I sell a physical product on my website, orders are processed through Paypal, Stripe and Amazon. Is there a good way to automatically track and store customer information. My fear is that I will begin to see large traffic and manually entering tons of customers is going to become very time consuming. I want to be able to see names, prices paid, any sort of discount codes, mailing addresses and refund status's. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We use Netsuite for our CRM (customer relationship management). It allows us to automatically track everything you mentioned and send targeted email campaigns and discounts based on sales data.

Netsuite is expensive and has a steep learning curve, so it might not be a great fit for you, but if you read up on different CRM's, I have no doubt you can find one that is a good fit for your business and your backend.
