I came across this T-Shirt company that makes some really cool stuff:
Shelf Life Clothing – Designer Graphic T-Shirt Vendor/Retailer
but my question is, how do they get away with using some of the imagery? Some of it seems like it would be owned by someone else. For example, there is a T-Shirt with Bruce Lee's image on it, there is another with the image of "El Indio" from the spaghetti western etc.
It seems unlikely that they would have gotten licensing agreements for all of these images just to use on a shirt, but Im not sure.
Does anyone know how you can use an image like that without getting sued? does it fall into the realm of satire or something?
