Cold calls.
These damn cold calls!
I would like to use cold calls in order to find an idea for my business. I've decided on apartment complex management software as a profitable niche.
I want to call complex managers / complex owners, and find out what their biggest struggles are. Where do they feel their time is being wasted every day? Where do they feel they're spending too much money? What problems do they have with existing software solutions?
However, I'm so hesitant and scared to get on the phone, because I feel like I'd just be annoying these people by interrupting their days!
Consciously I know this isn't the case. I'm looking to solve their problems! I'm looking to get some extra stress, anxiety, or financial pressure off of their shoulders. That's no annoyance to anyone!
Though, emotionally, I can't help but disagree.
How do I overcome a limiting belief like this?
