Ladies & Gentlemen,

What is the best way to launch my new "Speed Dating" company in multiple cities across different countries? How can my company organize multiple events at the same time across different cities without me having to travel? Do I hire and train new employees in different cities to manage the events or should I franchise my business? Please give me some practical pointers to scale up my new company, guys.

Thanks, and love you guys! ❤❤

Firstly, what's the results like in your own city?
Have you systemised it?
Is ready for launch in other locations?
Have you made it a turnkey operation?
Have you got an operations manual?

@FastLaner007 I agree with the questions above. What success have you had so far? What makes this an attractive opportunity for someone else to franchise? If someone were to pay you to open this service in a new location what would they get for their money? Since you are not there and there is nothing physical you provide, what are you offering them?
