I've just had another bad experience with a customer service rep from a large cell phone corp. This is the third time I've have problems with them. I also have had problems with sat. dish people in the past. I really don't like calling the customer service reps because all the poor people can say is "I don't know." They just want my credit card number again so they can get paid but they don't know any answers. So, how do they stay in business?
If I ran my business that badly I wouldn't be in business long. So I guess the answer is to get big and employ people that don't know and will not find out. Then I can treat everyone like they owe me and rake in the money.
It's 5 o'clock somewhere.
