I have an e-commere store that is struggling to grow. I'm researching other stores and have been hearing a lot about WayFair.com

When you look at the history of Wayfair.com its nothing...nothing...nothing...then they appear out of nowhere and BOOM. a huge instant success. They are on track to do a Billion this year.

A Billion in sales 2 years after they launch? wth? 😕😕

How do you come from nowhere and become an instant huge success?
Anyone know the back story on them and their success?
