I started a business a few months ago, selling and installing LED lights that I buy from China as well as propose lightning designs. It seems to go well until now, we got a big contract (about 8000$) and we won an entrepreunership contest at my university and a 10 000$ boursery.
The problem is, I don't see how I can convert this business into a fastlane business, attracting thousands of clients and making millions. I know it's supposed to take time, but I don't know how to scale my business. Should I make massive investments in marketing and hire a team of sellers? What should I do?
