Many of you are becoming fast lane millionaire by buying, flipping and selling properties. I believe that I can really learn something from all of you! I am really new to this RE industry. Because of my deal friends who are having hard time to sell her multi-million house, I get a chance to looking into RE industry to help her. My firends has tried lowering the price, advertising, listed on the Intenet, Internet Marketing, Virtual touring and etc. The house is still not sold. I know the market is bad now, but there must be something else that can help selling the house. Do you have the same problems?
How can I help you?
I am a software architect, but not RE experts. I want to help my friend to get her house sold, but I am seeking advices from you, the RE experts.
Here is what I understood about RE.
1. In most of case, you buy and sell house through Realtors.
2. You or the realtor go to multiple MLS web sites to hunt deals for you.
3. Your potential buyer found your listing from your Realtors or MLS web sites and contact you.
4. Those web sites help listing your house or listing your buying intention.
My questions are this.
1. What are the problems you or Realtors are having in terms of hunting deal on the Internet?
2. What is the most loved features on those web sites to search deals?
3. What is the most wanted features on those web sites to search deals?
4. What improvement you would like to see to improve the conversion rate?
I am trying to come up better solutions that can help home owners, buyers or Realtors to make their deal from the IT stand points.
I do not just want to create a new listing web site that duplicate all the information. There must be something that I can do to help average Joe to get their house sold or find their new house.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
