I know, there has been few thread about it. Firstly, I will tell you few things to understand me correctly. I am working in a company with quite good money. But I don't like it, I don't like working for others. I am made for owning and running and managing a business. While most people have an idea and don't know what to do next, I am kind of opposite.
I know how to run a business, what to do, how to explore and grow it.
However - my biggest pain and problem, and the only reason I did not set-up a company yet, is lack of idea. Yes, I read the book and other threads. I think problem is, that I am in mostly things satisfied with what I have. The new technology gadgets
, phone apps, products… I just feel happy with what I have! Really. I don’t need another fancy app doing anything on my tablet or phone. I just don’t see anything to be done better, most probably because I am happy with current. And, well, if I have some ideas – or the market is so extremely low to have any reasonable level of sales / net income, or the initial investment is unwisely high.
So the problem is – on whatever thing I am looking – I cannot find anything to do it better. Ir if I find, it’s a car, refrigator, or something for what you need rather big company and bunch of investment, rather than being one with some initial capital. So I am stuck. I quite like my job, because I am working how the business are made and how they work, and this is interesting and made me ready for it. But, I hate from another reasons – day like day, working for someones fastlane, having to get up daily at 7 and sitting 8 hours, whether or not you have anything to do…
Maybe I am just to much stressed and focused on looking for ideas, that I lost broad view what to do?
I don’t know.
Besides, since 1,5 year I am in depression, now goint out of it… and that also made me completely unthinkable… and blind regarding ideas.
However, with, or without it, I never got any great idea, which could be translated into profitable and potentially growing business. And if I had, after long thinking I was knowing, it makes no sense from investment, scale, magnitude or sales / income reason.
Do you have any ideas for me?
What should I change, how to spot somethings, how to look on things?
You know, I am not begging for idea nor wanting you to give me book titles or whatever. Rather I would like to hear what helped you to see your ideas, how to spot them, what should I change in my world observation process, to find that one thing.
BTW, having a burgers bar or cheap franchise, which will make me working for myself, for selling all my time and nerves, makes no sense, it is pure loss on many fields for me. The only thing for me in my own business started from zero, which have possibilities to grow on big level in few years time.
