The idea is that they provide ready made legal agreements of all kinds for small online businesses that do not want to hire a dedicated lawyer to protect themselves.
Maybe you could create a local version of this for your country?
As far as control you could collect email addresses to make sure that you own your customer list and not facebook or Instagram.

Right now I have decided to open an instagram account where I will post provisions from various legal acts.

I assume that people would like to know their rights. My first goal is to grow the audience. I consider it to be a long-term project.

So, first I will se how many followers I can get by the end of the year and if the number is decent I will look into the ways to monetize the account.
